ViewTech will establish QA/QC practices that improve reliability and reduce production risk—test planning, functional/regression testing, performance testing, defect management, and release validation. Viewsoft specifically emphasizes QC focused on identifying/fixing defects before release, supporting higher confidence deployments and measurable quality improvements across SDLC cycles.
Program Management & Operations
ViewTech will provide program/project leadership, Agile execution support, delivery governance, risk management, scheduling, requirements management, and stakeholder coordination—focused on meeting mission outcomes on time and within budget. This also includes advisory/consulting support to align technology roadmaps and operational improvements with agency or enterprise objectives (Technuf calls out governance best practices; Viewsoft offers management consulting).
IT Operations & Support
ViewTech will run and improve day-to-day IT operations: incident handling, service continuity, asset management, DBA support, workstation/printer/server support, and operational monitoring. This is the “keep the lights on” backbone that ensures users stay productive and systems remain compliant and resilient—especially in large, distributed environments.
