Meet the Team

Mr. Enamul Haque is a highly accomplished database and data management professional with extensive experience supporting mission-critical operations for the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). With a career spanning decades, he has played a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing secure, high-performance data systems in support of U.S. national security and diplomatic initiatives. Mr. Haque’s expertise includes enterprise database architecture, data governance, and advanced data integration across complex IT environments. His work has consistently enabled government agencies to make data-driven decisions, maintain operational readiness, and ensure system resilience under demanding conditions. Beyond his technical contributions, Mr. Haque is deeply committed to developing the next generation of IT professionals. For years, he has trained and mentored individuals from the ground up in a range of disciplines including software testing, data management, and cloud engineering. His guidance has helped launch numerous successful careers in both government and the private sector. Mr. Haque remains an active leader in the IT and data management community, known not only for his technical acumen but also for his passion for empowering others through education and mentorship.

Faisal Quader, Ph.D has spent twenty-seven years in the field of Engineering, Computer Science and Information Science as an industry leader covering large scale product development to complex service delivery for demanding federal and commercial customers. He holds Ph.D. in Cybersecurity & Data Science from the University of Maryland. He holds Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering from John Hopkins University and holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin. He was a Merit Scholar at all his universities in academic work. His academic interests are in Cybersecurity, Data Mining, Human-computer Interaction, R&D process optimization as well as Health IT. He actively participates in IEEE and ACM. He is recipient of a number of academic and industry awards and certified in multiple standards including Six Sigma. Faisal has numerous publications on cybersecurity and data mining. Faisal is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland teaching Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science and Cybersecurity for their College of Engineering and Information Technology. Faisal spent more than fifteen years with General Electric and Lockheed Martin Corporation. During his tenure, he oversaw an off-shore development center, re-engineered multiple business processes for cost optimization and improved efficiency and provided direction to new product lines. As the senior manager of GE, Faisal grew the R&D division at an offshore facility from ten to six hundred employees over a span of seven years. He brought his technical and management expertise with Fortune 100 corporations developed during his tenure with these multinational organizations to new technology startups. In 2007, he cofounded TISTA Science and Technology Corporation and provided leadership roles until 2013 when he cofounded the current organization, Technuf. His current interest as the president of his organization is in emerging technology that includes collaboration application development for mobile platforms, cybersecurity, cloud computing and forensic analysis embedded in Big Data. Faisal has closely worked with both federal civilian and defense organizations. In the civilian sector, he has supported the agencies in defining cybersecurity countermeasures to ensure the protection of federal assets with Identity Access Management, Deep Packet Capture, Forensic Analysis and E-Discovery and litigation support. He is also a researcher in human behavior analytics for smart cars. Faisal is passionate about serving his community and in the past has served in the leadership role as the chair of a number of non-profit organizations including professional engineering bodies. He is currently serving as the President of AABEA Central in the US. Faisal also loves music. He is an active singer and involved with numerous cultural activities. He is married with two children and lives in Bethesda, Maryland, a few minutes from the nation’s capital.

Shah Ahmed

Mr. Ahmed received his BSc in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has four decades of experience in defense, software and system development, real-time embedded systems, safety, and mission-critical systems, nuclear reactor safety shutdown systems, air traffic management system, avionics, and telecommunications engineering. After graduation, he worked as a NATO defense engineer working on Command, Control, and Communication systems for warships and tactical helicopters for ten years. Subsequently, he worked on the safety shutdown system for the fully automated Darlington Nuclear Reactor. He spent several years in aviation, air-traffic control, and the avionics industry developing computerized and integrated solutions for navigation, communication, and electronic warfare systems. After leaving the defense industry, he joined Bell Northern Research as a telecom engineer working on both next-generation wireline and wireless telephony switches. After leaving Canada, he joined IBM within their Rational brand. He held multiple roles over the ten years of service with them culminating in being the Lead System Engineer for the Americas. He also received the award of The Top Tech Rep of the Year for this role during his tenure. He currently provides a leadership role as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple US federal government agencies on cybersecurity, software engineering, data analytics, visualization, and IoT. He is a board member of several non-profit and charitable organizations including the American Association of Bangladeshi Engineers and Architects, Help International, based in Canada, and Sonar Bangla Foundation, based in California.

Jamison McAtee

Jamison McAtee is a VP of Growth and Strategy for ViewTech . Jamison is an Air Force veteran and has been supporting government contracting for the past 25 years. Early in his career, he supported engineering initiatives supporting Air Force unmanned aerial vehicles. He then transitioned to supporting project and program management before moving into Business Development and Capture support. He built and managed Business Development teams for both large and small businesses and developed and managed business winning processes and teams supporting tactical and strategic growth initiatives and has won over $1B lifecycle awards in his Business Development career. He has developed and implemented growth plans supporting Department of War (DoW), the Intelligence Community (IC), Federal Civilian, and ancillary support agencies. Jamison is a father of two. His son is 18 and daughter is 17. Jamison has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
